About these terms

These terms cover your use of Pilates and Wellness (PAW), operated by me, Claire. They explain how to use the website and its content responsibly. Information and wellbeing content

The website provides general information about Pilates, movement, wellbeing, recipes, walking and photography. It is not personal medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an individually assessed exercise plan. Basic exercises are starting ideas, not a substitute for a guided Pilates class or professional advice.

Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and follow the safety guidance shown with the content. Ask a healthcare professional about suitable exercise if you have an injury, symptoms, a health condition, are pregnant or have recently given birth. Recipe ratings do not establish medical or nutritional suitability. Check ingredients and allergens. For walks, check current access, weather, terrain and your own equipment before setting out.

Classes and bookings

Use the Pilates booking section to access Gymcatch. Check the session details, price, availability and any applicable booking or cancellation terms before confirming. Contact me if anything is unclear. These website terms do not create a separate class cancellation policy or replace the terms provided when you book.

Third-party account and payment features are subject to the relevant provider's terms. This does not remove my responsibilities as the provider of a class or your statutory rights as a consumer.

External links and shopping

PAW links to retailers, visitor information, maps and other services. Their information, prices, availability and terms can change. Check the destination's details before purchasing or relying on information.

Retailers handle their own checkout, orders, delivery and returns. My Neal's Yard consultant shop may earn me commission on purchases. A link does not imply that every product has been personally tested or is suitable for you.

Permitted use and content rights

You may browse the website and use its information for your own personal purposes, subject to any stated restrictions and applicable law. Text, designs, photographs and other content belong to PAW or their respective owners. Respect source credits and licence conditions, and seek permission before republishing or using protected content commercially. Nothing in these terms limits uses permitted by copyright law.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with its operation or submit other people's details without authority.

Availability and responsibility

I aim to keep the website helpful and accurate, but content may need correcting and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Please tell me about errors so I can investigate them.

These terms do not exclude responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, failure to meet applicable consumer obligations, or any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory rights remain protected.

Changes and applicable law

I may update these website terms as the site changes. The latest version will be available on this page. A change to website terms does not retrospectively change an existing booking agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory protections or court rights you have as a consumer where you live.
